Who we are
Tushar Gaur Studio is run by Tushar Gaur, B-53, Freedom Fighter Colony, Neb Sarai, Sainik Farms, New Delhi 110016, India. Contact: tushar@tushargaurstudio.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect, and where from
- Business contact details (name, role, work email, business phone, business address) that businesses publish themselves: on their own website, their Google Business Profile, public ad libraries and public business directories.
- Details you send us through the form on this site or by email, including a WhatsApp number if you choose to give one. We only use it to reply about your request.
- Basic, cookie-free site statistics (pages viewed, rough country), with no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
Why we use it
To contact businesses about services that may help them, to make the free sample we offer, and to reply to you. For business contacts we rely on legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): one relevant, business-to-business message, with an easy way to stop. We never sell or rent your data.
How to opt out
Reply "no" or "stop" to any email from us, or write to tushar@tushargaurstudio.com with "remove" in the subject. We remove you from every list the same day and never contact you again. Each email we send includes our name, postal address and this opt-out, as required by the US CAN-SPAM Act.
Who processes it
Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and form storage), and our email-sending and email-checking tools. They act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Outreach records: up to 12 months, then deleted. Opt-outs: kept as a do-not-contact entry so we never email you again. Client records: as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to tushar@tushargaurstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Free samples we make for a business sit on private, unlisted pages that search engines are told not to index. They are concepts made by us and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, that business.
